Mine was full of pizza, stretching!, and playing in our "spaceship."
Man I love them.
(edit- I had this gem of a post started this morning, but the little people took up most of my time today. I'm okay with that :) We'll talk treadmills tomorrow!)
Last week I stretched EVERY DAY! Woohoo! Some days I had children climbing all over me and pulling on my hair, but I got it in. And guess what? It felt AWESOME! I had no pain whatsoever with my 13 miles on Saturday. I'm hoping to keep this up for the long run! (har har har running humor)
Week 2!
This week I'm challenging myself to do 5 minutes of planks every day. I really, really stink at doing core work, and I find that the more I do it, the better I feel when running.
So let's plank it up this week!!

Core work- love it or hate it??

Core work: love the results, but hate actually doing it! I find that if I take a core class at my gym, it is more tolerable than if I do core work at home. I like the song selection, and- honestly- once the class starts you can't leave. So that means I WILL be getting in 30 minutes of core :)
